                        - Cross arms so they form a 90 degree angle and use the outside arms to push the inside arm towards the body
 - 
                                Look at neck stretch instructions 
 
                                - 
                                Keep your arms up to the side of your body and rotate them in small circles
 - 
                                Stand with your feet wide apart, stretch your arms backward, and lock your palms behind your back
 
                                -  Open your chest and bend forward at the hips, simultaneously lifting your locked hands over your head
 
                                -  Bend as much as you can and hold this pose for a few seconds before you get back up
 - 
                                Put one arm behind your back and use the other arm to pull it up from above, hold for 5-10 seconds
 - 
                                Rest if sore
