Neck and Throat Pain Treatment
- Slowly turn your head 90 degrees and hold for 15-30 seconds, repeat to left and right
- Tilt your head gently so that your ear touches your shoulder and hold for 5-10 seconds, repeat to the left and right
- Lower your chin toward your chest and hold for 15-30 seconds. Relax, and slowly lift your head back up
- Apply heat to the neck
- For throat pain gargle warm salt water, and take a warm shower
