- Lay on your back with your fingers interlaced behind your head
- Draw both elbows back to open up your shoulders and stretch your pecs
- Put both arms behind your back and grip the elbows and push forward
- Use a wall corner and place your arm, bent at a 90 degree angle, on it. Then proceed to walk forward until you feel a stretch
- If sore rest
